Watch the beds open. Then come operate one in a showroom.
Official More Space Place clips of Murphy beds, panel beds, and a desk-bed. The mechanism is the same one we install on the Suncoast.
Murphy bed operation
The spring-loaded mechanism is built for one-handed use. A support leg extends and retracts with the bed. The mattress stands on a Comfort Flex slat system or a bunkie board — a full-thickness mattress, not a sofa-bed pad.
These clips are from the national More Space Place gallery. Come work the same hardware in Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, or Venice before you buy.
Murphy beds
Madison Bi-Fold Murphy Bed
Stylish bookcase or sleeper. Swing the shelved doors open and pull the bed down.
Dreamsaver Murphy Bed
Side cabinets plus a hidden bed. A spare room that can still be a guest room.
Jefferson Murphy Bed
Bookcase doors that glide on tracks. Storage in front; the bed behind.
Panel beds
The front panel drops with the bed and tucks under the mattress, so bedside cabinets stay reachable. Spring-loaded, cabinet-mounted mechanisms. A good fit when the ceiling is low or you want a clean face with no bookcase doors.
Cosmopolitan is the contemporary panel shown here. Operate a panel bed in the showroom — pictures miss the weight of the lift.
Cosmopolitan Panel Bed
Whether you have a low ceiling or want a contemporary face, this is the panel-bed clip from the national gallery.
Kids room desk bed
A wall bed with a desk in the same run. Floor space for play during the day; a real mattress at night. See the kids furniture page for closet and shared-room layouts.
A clip is not the same as your hand on the handle
These videos show the motion. In the showroom you feel the lift, hear the cabinet, and see the mattress thickness. That is the point of three Suncoast locations.

Video questions
Whose videos are these?
Official clips from the More Space Place national channel — the same models sold here. They are short product demos, not Suncoast install footage.
Can I try the bed before I buy?
Yes. That is what the showrooms are for. Open and close the bed in Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, or Venice.
Is the mechanism in the video the one you install?
Yes. Beds and mechanisms are made in Clearwater. The lifetime mechanism warranty applies to the lift system we install.
Do you have closet or garage videos?
Not on this page. The national gallery is Murphy and panel beds. Use the photo gallery for other rooms.
