\nI hope that got your attention!
\nLast month, I began a series debunking the progressive propaganda that Christians are conducting a \u201cWar on Women\u201d.\u00a0 In direct aim of this false accusation is the issue of Abortion and Contraception.\u00a0 Enter Margaret Sanger…
\nI suspect many of you have never heard of Margaret Sanger, or if you had, you probably struggled to remember where you had heard of her.\u00a0 Yet everyone has heard of Adolph Hitler.\u00a0 I know what you might be thinking… \u201ccertainly he isn\u2019t going to try and compare this woman with such an innocent name with the most evil man in modern history?\u201d \u00a0Well, yes I am.\u00a0 I contend to you that there are but two differences of significance between these two people: 1. They are of the opposite sex and 2. Hitler had an army.
\nMargaret Sanger and Adolph Hitler both believed in eugenics and desired the same goal of a \u201cclean\u201d human race.\u00a0 However, their methods of achieving their goals were different.\u00a0 Hitler used a bullet, Sanger a pill.
\nIn 1921 Sanger founded the American Birth Control League<\/strong>.\u00a0 Over the next 2 decades the ABCL significantly increased it\u2019s membership, but realized that their name was causing an issue for too many women who saw the word \u201ccontrol\u201d and were afraid it sounded a bit too harsh.\u00a0 So in 1942 the ABCL was given a new, more pleasant sounding name \u201cPlanned Parenthood<\/strong>\u201d.
\nAs many of you know, Planned Parenthood is an organization that is partially funded by the US government, which in 2009 totaled about $360,000,000 (yes, that is $360 Million) dollars from taxpayers like you and me.\u00a0 And, of course, much of this money is going towards the abortion of healthy, innocent children who have not been given a choice<\/strong>!
\nConsider if the US Government was sending the same amount of money to the Nazi party or better yet, to the Ku Klux Klan to continue to fund and promote the extermination of all inferior races.\u00a0 Well, with our continued support of Planned Parenthood, we technically are!
\nStill don\u2019t believe me?\u00a0 Let me share a few quotes of Margaret Sanger as she was founding what would eventually become Planned Parenthood.\u00a0 And as you read these quotes, consider that her dream is being actualized today and funded by you and me.
\n\u201cWe should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. And we do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n
