\nDear\u00a0Mom & Dad,\u00a0<\/span>
\nI am writing these letters\u00a0to you and your family because I am concerned about the future of your marriage, the future of your children, the future of the church and the future of America.\u00a0 America has been involved in many wars over the course of our history as a nation.\u00a0 We fought the Revolutionary War to gain our independence from England.\u00a0 The Civil War was fought pitting brother against brother due to the unjust practice of slavery.\u00a0 America joined in World War I and World War II to protect\u00a0our\u00a0freedoms and promote democracy.\u00a0 From Korea to Vietnam to Iraq, America has had its share of\u00a0wars.\u00a0\u00a0Even today\u00a0we find ourselves at war as our war against terrorism continues.\u00a0 As I write this\u00a0letter, young men and women are on foreign soils\u00a0risking their lives to preserve and protect our nation\u2019s interests\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>
\n\u00a0<\/span>
\nThere is another war being waged in our own backyards\u2026in our own communities\u2026in our own schools\u2026in our own homes.\u00a0 War\u00a0has been declared on your family!\u00a0 Satan is out in full force seeking to poison and destroy the lives of parents, teenagers, and even your youngest of children.\u00a0 No one is safe from these horrifying attacks!\u00a0 One look at the arsenal at Satan\u2019s disposal cam\u00a0make\u00a0even the strongest families cringe in horror.\u00a0 Drugs, alcohol, TV, violence and negative peer influences are only a small sampling of the weapons Satan is using right now to wipe out your family.\u00a0 Make no mistake about it\u2014your family is under siege!\u00a0<\/span>
\n\u00a0<\/span>
\nWhat is your game plan to save your family from these terrible evils?\u00a0 Are you prepared to lead your family safely through Satan\u2019s minefields?\u00a0 Are you children ready for battle?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>
\n\u00a0<\/span>
\nWhat would you think of our country if we sent our soldiers into physical battlefields without the proper equipment?\u00a0 Can you imagine sending young men and women over to Afghanistan without the best possible war equipment?\u00a0\u00a0What if it was your child fighting in Iraq or Afghanistan?\u00a0\u00a0What would you want for your child if they were fighting in a\u00a0physical\u00a0war?\u00a0 As a parent, you would want them to have the best equipment money could buy.\u00a0 You would want them entering the battlefield with the best protection and the most powerful weapons at their disposal.\u00a0 We would\u00a0undoubtedly\u00a0take every measure possible to ensure that our children\u00a0were equipped to\u00a0make it back home.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>
\n\u00a0<\/span>
\nWe need this same mindset spiritually.\u00a0\u00a0What are your future hopes and dreams for your family?\u00a0 We want our children to be successful.\u00a0 We want them to achieve success in school.\u00a0 We want them to achieve success in their relationships.\u00a0 More than anything, we want our children to go to heaven.\u00a0 We want them to make it home!\u00a0 Mom and dad\u2026make sure your children are equipped to make it to heaven.\u00a0 Give them what they need to make it back it home.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>
\n\u00a0<\/span>
\nGod has\u00a0prepared the\u00a0battle\u00a0plan for you and your family!\u00a0 He has the anecdote to Satan\u2019s poison; the shield to deflect Satan\u2019s piercing arrows; the answers to the problems Satan seeks to create within your family!\u00a0 The solution in a word is Jesus!\u00a0<\/span>
\n\u00a0<\/span>
\nIn Galatians 1:3, Paul gives us our victory chant, \u201cGrace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins so that He might rescue us from this present evil age according to the will of our God and Father.<\/i>\u201d\u00a0 Jesus died to the rescue you and your family from the grips of Satan!\u00a0 A question we all must answer is will we let Him?\u00a0 Will you let Jesus save you and your family?\u00a0 If you want your family to withstand the attacks of Satan, you and your family must build a relationship with Jesus!\u00a0 If\u00a0you\u00a0want\u00a0your family\u00a0to make it to heaven,\u00a0you\u00a0must get plugged in with Jesus Christ!\u00a0 If we want our children to make it back home, we must get them in God\u2019s Word!\u00a0<\/span>
\n\u00a0<\/span>
\niGrow<\/i>\u00a0was written to help you equip your family for battle.\u00a0 This book contains lessons\u00a0designed to help you get Jesus back in your\u00a0life and in the lives of your\u00a0family.\u00a0 The studies are very simple, basic and applicable to the entire family.\u00a0 They can be adapted to use with small children or with teenagers.\u00a0 The purpose of these lessons is to help you as a family study God\u2019s Word together on a regular basis.\u00a0 God has given us the strength to stand strong against any attack of Satan!\u00a0 Through God\u2019s Word we can\u00a0be victorious in our daily spiritual battles.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>
