\nIndeed, it is wonderful to know that we have the ability to make things better\u2014starting today. With the right direction, one need not wait to begin helping the helpless, rescuing the perishing, and teaching the Truth to a world and society which is gravely misguided. Often, however, our intentions for good are postponed because we have our own questions or doubts. Atheists, secularists, materialists, and evolutionists have been effective in teaching that life holds no meaning\u2014thus, they argue we should all just eat, drink, and be merry, live for the moment, and not worry about making things better. Yet this attitude, which has saturated countless lives within our society, has left individuals empty. The questions remain: \u201cWhy am I here?\u201d \u201cWhat\u2019s this life all about?\u201d \u201cWhere does it lead?\u201d \u201cWhy do bad things happen to good people?\u201d \u201cWhen or how will I gain satisfaction?\u201d
\n 
\nScores of individuals enter bookstores hoping to find the answers in the latest \u201cself-help\u201d books. These individuals are not alone in their questioning. Many people struggle with answers to life\u2019s questions like the ones aforementioned. Sadly, countless individuals never arrive at suitable answers\u2014even Christians, who have the answers in hand (literally, when holding onto their Bibles). The Bible provides the answers to life\u2019s toughest questions. It offers pertinent counsel, relevant life analysis, and spiritual discernment for those who would read and study its laws and precepts. It is the guide to life (and eternity) from the Creator of life. The Bible is living and powerful today (Hebrews 4:12). With its guiding principles and our thoughtful meditation on personal application, we can, individually, help to make this world a better place and help souls reach Heaven\u2019s shore. Think about it\u2014starting today you can make a difference.

\nOne songwriter, John Reuben, recorded it this way:

\nLet\u2019s think about this future we\u2019re creating.
\nLet\u2019s think about this life that\u2019s fading.
\nLet\u2019s think about the time we\u2019re spending-
\nInvesting in monetary things that are ending.
\nLet\u2019s think about it and let\u2019s think together and
\nLet\u2019s think about what we can do to make it better.\u201d<\/strong>

\nThis month\u2019s issue is one that concentrates on some of life\u2019s most complex questions\u2014and Christianity\u2019s thoughtful answers to them. Admittedly, this issue does not resolve every question you may be struggling with, but we hope the ones we have chosen will remind us all of the reason of the hope that is in us (1 Peter 3:15). We encourage you to prayerfully examine your life and the path on which you are traveling. Are you making improvements or struggling to find meaning in life? We trust that you will find something in this issue that will cause you to open the Scriptures and search more deeply, so you may grow in the knowledge of the Truth. And, we pray that our readers will be edified enough to begin pursuing the greatest good in this life\u2014glorifying God in preparation for the life to come. We remain overjoyed by the response to
