We especially hope that families will take up the practice of daily devotions, if they haven\u2019t been doing them previously. In order to help with this, we\u2019re sharing a page out of our devotional book, iGrow, each day. They can be used for either family or personal devotions. To view all of the available devotionals, click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/tampaseo.expert\/focus\/category\/devotionals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Day 19: Matthew 10<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Relax<\/strong><br \/>\u2013 Take one minute to meditate on the words of Romans 8:1: &#8220;<em>Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Read<\/strong><br \/>\u2013 Devote four minutes to reading Matthew 10<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>Reflect<\/strong><br \/>\u2013 Take three minutes to think through the following questions<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Does it cost to follow Jesus? What are some of the costs involved in following Jesus?<\/li><li>How can this chapter help you make a difference in the lives of others?<\/li><li>What thoughts would be going through your mind if you would have been one of Jesus&#8217; disciples?<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n<p><strong>Record<\/strong><br \/>\u2013 Spend three minutes answering the following questions<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>List one way this chapter will help you build a stronger relationship with Jesus.<\/li><li>Write down one question or observation you have over Matthew 10.<\/li><li>What are you doing to fulfill the command given by Jesus in verse 32.<\/li><li>Write down one action step you will take in your life based on your reading today. I will\u2026<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n<p><strong>Request<\/strong><br \/>\u2013 Devote the rest of your time to talking to God<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n<p>How to use iGrow\u2019s 15 minute method:<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Relax (1 minute)<br \/>\u2013 Take a minute to focus your mind on God<br \/>Read the Word (4 minutes)<br \/>\u2013 As you read, focus on listening to God as He speaks to you through His Word<br \/>\u2013 Have an open mind and an open heart to God\u2019s Word<br \/>Reflect on the Word (3 minutes)<br \/>\u2013 Think through what you just read.
