During this time of quarantine and social distancing we want to encourage everyone to take the added down time to grow in their walk with God. We especially hope that families will take up the practice of daily devotions, if they haven’t been doing them previously. In order to help with this, we’re sharing a page out of our devotional book, iGrow, each day. They can be used for either family or personal devotions. – Devote four minutes to reading Matthew 6.

– Take three minutes to think through the following questions

  2. Think about one way you can improve your prayer life.
  3. Which verse seemed as if Jesus knew your struggles and was talking directly to you?
  4. Of all the problems of the world, what problem do you think saddens God the most?

– Spend three minutes answering the following questions

  1. List two examples of hypocritical behavior described by Jesus.
  2. List one thing you constantly worry about.
  3. What is Jesus’ solution to worry and anxiety?
  4. Write out one question or observation you have over Matthew 6.
  5. Write down one action step you will take in your life based on your reading today. I will…
